The story:
Damo Works is run by Vince Adamo. Here’s the short version of his story — in the order that matters most for you.
Vince bought a home painting business in Connecticut and ran it himself — quoting jobs, hiring crews, doing the books, all of it. From 2015 to 2022, he hit the road and coached more than 200 service business owners across 14 states on the same kinds of decisions you’re making this week: pricing, hiring, follow-up, when to add a truck, when to fire a customer. He retired in 2022. Before all that, Vince spent 33 years running operations for big international banks (First Union and Wachovia, with 140 people across New York, London, and Asia). That’s where he learned how to run a tight ship at scale. But the part that matters for YOUR business is the operations and the coaching.
After banking in 2008, Vince ran a small brick and mortar business for two years — then he bought the painting business so he could spend less time stuck behind a counter and more time building something with crews and customers.
After four years of retirement, Vince came back to do this work. Adamo Advisors is for the one-on-one coaching. Damo Works is for the AI and automation that turns that coaching into a system that actually runs your phone, your follow-up, and your reviews.
